We’re a team rooted in education, experience, and a deep passion for wellness. Founded by retired teacher and certified coach Rob Jetten, our journey began in the classroom, where we saw firsthand how small, intentional wellness practices could reduce stress, boost performance, and transform lives. Over nearly 30 years, we wove wellness into every lesson, led school-wide initiatives, and served on wellness committees. After experiencing the impact in our own lives, we committed to helping others find clarity, resilience, and balance through coaching and education.

I want to share my appreciation for my former biology teacher, Mr. Jetten, who taught me during a difficult time in high school. His firm yet caring approach, engaging teaching style, and genuine concern for students had a lasting impact on me—so much so that eight years later, I attended one of his wellness seminars and was reminded again of the positive, enthusiastic energy that can’t be faked.
We invited Rob to give a wellness presentation to our club members at our annual Fall Rally event. He spoke to students from universities across Western Canada about the ways they can reduce stress and anxiety within their daily lives. We were very impressed with Rob’s presentation; his speech was engaging, interesting and he was able to form a genuine connection with our members. Rob's presentation received very positive feedback from our club members, as they appreciated the easy to implement advice. Rob did a fantastic job approaching wellness and tailoring his speech to deal with the specific needs of students. We hope to have him present again next year!
I've been working with Rob for a few months now and he is knowledgeable about the subject matter.
